Wellness Juan
Inspire Wellness Collective was founded by D'Juan D. Thomas in 2024 as a natural evolution of his work across education, non-profit leadership, social work and clinical mental health counseling. Rooted in the values of compassionate care, holistic wellness, empowerment, equity and resilience, we provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive support for individuals, families and communities. What sets us apart is our integrated approach—combining therapeutic strategies, coaching and community-centered practices to promote sustainable healing and growth.

At Inspire Wellness Collective, we help Black and Brown families—especially parents of boys—heal, connect and grow. Through culturally responsive, trauma-informed care, we disrupt cycles of survival and guide families towards emotional wellness, self-awareness and empowered living. This isn't traditional therapy—this is cultural restoration through mental health and healing.

Vision: To empower BIPOC individuals and communities impacted by trauma by breaking mental health stigma, fostering collective healing and increasing access to compassionate, culturally rooted care that honors identity, resilience and wholeness.
